Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Deegital Zone. By engaging with our services, making payments, or approving proposals/SOWs, the client agrees to these Terms.
1. Scope of Work (SOW)
All services, timelines, deliverables, and revisions shall strictly remain limited to the approved Scope of Work (SOW), quotation, proposal, or written agreement.
Any work outside the approved scope shall be considered additional work and may incur separate charges and timelines.
2. Payment Terms
100% Advance Payment
All services require full advance payment before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Refundable Policy
Payments shall remain non-refundable once:
- Work has commenced
- Resources have been allocated
- Strategy planning has started
- Campaign setup or development work has begun
3. Third-Party Costs
Deegital Zone charges only for professional service execution and management.
The following expenses shall be separately borne by the client:
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Hosting and domain charges
- Premium tools or software subscriptions
- Plugins and integrations
- CRM licenses
- Production or creator collaboration costs
4. Service Withdrawal & Termination
Clients must provide a minimum written notice period of 30 days before discontinuing or terminating ongoing services.
Upon service withdrawal or termination:
- Campaign structures may be paused or removed
- Tracking systems and analytics setups may be disabled
- Access to internally managed systems may be revoked
- Proprietary workflows and strategic structures shall remain protected assets of Deegital Zone
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All strategies, systems, frameworks, automation flows, operational methodologies, and campaign structures developed by Deegital Zone remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or reuse of proprietary systems or strategies is prohibited.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines depend on timely approvals, content submissions, communication, and third-party platform processes.
Deegital Zone shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete client communication, delayed approvals, or external platform-related issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
Deegital Zone shall not be liable for:
- Platform algorithm changes
- Ad account restrictions or suspensions
- Third-party platform failures
- Market fluctuations
- Indirect business losses
- Expected revenue or performance guarantees
All marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond operational control.
8. Policy Updates
Deegital Zone reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
